In the discussion, I suggested have the page move to our so-called draftspace at say Draft:Restructuring of power system. The concern is that it's not up to the requirements allowed for our readers but at the same time, I think the tone is more like an essay without real sources (it's not even clear what country this is about). While this section doesn't have sources either, the idea is more like what is discussed briefly at Electric_power_industry#Organization from what I can tell. -- Ricky81682 (talk) 00:16, 22 April 2016 (UTC)[reply]
