Jay Randy Gordon (born January 25, 1967) is a University of North Carolina-UNC Chapel Hill and UCLA Anderson MBA-educated Experiential Marketer, Book Author (BusiBUZZ), Executive Marketing Consultant, “Connector,” and Content Creator and Propagator. He began his career in Advertising in New York City in 1989 at then Backer Spielvogel Bates (now Bates Worldwide) in Media before moving over to the Account side at McCann-Erickson (now Universal McCann) on their ESPN client. He was born in Birmingham, Alabama (United States). Following Graduate Business School, he has worked for such notable people as renowned sports agent Leigh Steinberg, event marketing guru Mark “Dill” Driscoll, notable Pizza Hut and Taco Bell marketing (now ad agency honcho) Jeffrey Fox, former Coca-Cola brand and consumer experiential marketer Drew Sheinman, and videogame industry veteran Bernie Stolar.

Gordon is what those in the marketing, interactive entertainment and sports business call “a-Doer.” For 20+ years, Jay Randy Gordon has worked at some of America’s top companies, including The Coca-Cola Company, Sony Computer Entertainment America (a.k.a. Sony PlayStation), Universal McCann, and UbiSoft Entertainment. He led an award-winning UbiSoft Marketing department from 2000-2002. He was also Director of Marketing for Adscape Media (acquired by Google in 2007).
