Merge disuputed

[edit]

You have merged Sapping and Undermining. Was there discussion or seeking of consensus that I missed? --Dweller 12:52, 20 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]

To be clear about this, it was me that slapped the merge tag on, but there seemed to be no consensus of action. Merge work is not glamorous, so your efforts are appreciated. --Dweller 12:59, 20 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Yes, the merge tag went on June 20, which should have been plenty of time for comment before the merge on Sept 19. It can always be undone if you'd like to start a discussion now.

Merging info into Wing Commander: Privateer: Thanks for the work. But you forgot to turn the old page Privateer (video game) into a redirect. I've done this now. Bisco 01:35, 29 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Thank you

I hope you haven't decided to leave for good. I've only had a quick glance at your contributions list, but it's impressive how much work you've done in only two weeks! It's good to have people like you who step up and do necessary tasks such as merging articles which probably isn't much fun – I can't recall ever having done a merge. Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
