Please help me with...my page -- this makes no sense - I have edited it and I fall under all your rules. If you can let my manager know what the issue is so we can fix it that would be great

Please see WP:BIO, WP:V and WP:SPAM. That page was blatantly promotional in tone, the content was not based on reliable published secondary sources, and there's no indication that having a blog makes you notable enough to be the subject of an encyclopedia article.
