Information icon Hello, I'm Apaugasma. I noticed that you added or changed content in an article, Islamic world contributions to Medieval Europe, but you didn't provide a reliable source. It's been removed and archived in the page history for now, but if you'd like to include a citation and re-add it, please do so. You can have a look at referencing for beginners. If you think I made a mistake, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. ☿ Apaugasma (talk ) 21:37, 18 May 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Hello, I'm Materialscientist. I noticed that in this edit to Liberalism, you removed content without adequately explaining why. In the future, it would be helpful to others if you described your changes to Wikipedia with an edit summary. If this was a mistake, don't worry, the removed content has been restored. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. Materialscientist (talk) 07:53, 26 May 2023 (UTC)[reply]

If you think I removed some content and need to revert my remove, then why didn't you add back the content I removed instead of removing even more content? I see you edition is to remove even more and did not add back anything I removed.@Materialscientist Lijing1989 (talk) 07:58, 26 May 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Your edits on Optics

[edit]

Hi! It looks you you (probably accidentally) edited a very old version of the Optics article, which overwrote all later changes. This can happen if you're looking at an old version of the article, and then click "Edit". I've undone your edits, so there's nothing to worry about for you right now (no content on Wikipedia is ever permanently lost), but I just wanted to make sure you're aware in the future. You should have seen a warning saying "You are editing an old revision of this page", but I can understand if you didn't see that between some other banners and messages.

Anyway, welcome to Wikipedia! I'll leave a message below with a whole lot of useful links with more information, and if you've got any questions, feel free to ask me or visit the Teahouse. --rchard2scout (talk) 11:17, 22 May 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Copying within Wikipedia requires attribution

[edit]

Information icon Thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. It appears that you copied or moved text from Laozi into Liberalism. While you are welcome to re-use Wikipedia's content, here or elsewhere, Wikipedia's licensing does require that you provide attribution to the original contributor(s). When copying within Wikipedia, this is supplied at minimum in an edit summary at the page into which you've copied content, disclosing the copying and linking to the copied page, e.g., copied content from [[page name]]; see that page's history for attribution. It is good practice, especially if copying is extensive, to also place a properly formatted {{copied}} template on the talk pages of the source and destination. Please provide attribution for this duplication if it has not already been supplied by another editor, and if you have copied material between pages before, even if it was a long time ago, you should provide attribution for that also. You can read more about the procedure and the reasons at Wikipedia:Copying within Wikipedia. Thank you. — Diannaa (talk) 22:24, 26 May 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Blocked as a sockpuppet

[edit]
Stop icon
You have been blocked indefinitely from editing for abusing multiple accounts as a sockpuppet of User:Miracle dream per the evidence presented at Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations/Miracle dream. Note that multiple accounts are allowed, but not for illegitimate reasons, and any contributions made while evading blocks or bans may be reverted or deleted.
If you think there are good reasons for being unblocked, please review Wikipedia's guide to appealing blocks, then add the following text to the bottom of your talk page: {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}.  Bbb23 (talk) 16:41, 30 October 2023 (UTC)[reply]
