Yes, you were, and for others. Another sockpuppet account isn't where you should be asking,. you need to return to the original account. Since that one has talkpage access revoked for abuse, your only avenue is through UTRS from that account, and I don't see much likelihood that anybody will be very receptive for anything less than a year after the access was revoked.
