Hello Group 26!

Awesome job! You have a lot of great information going on about Alejandro Portes. However I think the citations are incorrect, since the websites are just listed at the bottom of each paragraph. The superscript citations would be more useful, especially for when you have quotes. Use the "Cite" button at the top of the sandbox. It also helps with the "References" section. But my favorite section is the "Early Life" section because it gives chronological information that serves as an awesome introduction to the rest of the page. Overall, good work!

Hi group 25, Looking thought your guys sandbox page, overall you guys have done a great job and the Early life section gives a tone of useful information as does the rest of your article. You're sub sections correspond great with the research you all have provided below them so props to you all on that :) If I were to add anything maybe just list couple more references? But other than that you guys did a great job!

Nice start on your article.

  • When writing biographical articles, please follow the layout that’s recommended on page 3 of the Editing Biographies handout linked above.
  • Your article needs to have a lead section. Please see pages 7-9 of the Editing Wikipedia brochure. You should have received a hard copy from your instructor, but just in case, I have linked to it above.
  • Please add links to other Wikipedia articles. Terms that are likely to be unfamiliar to the average reader should be linked the first time they appear in the article. That way readers can click through and learn more about that topic. Please include properly-formatted inline citations. If you aren’t sure how to do this, please see this page.
  • This draft need careful copyediting.

Hi Ian, thank you for your helpful suggestion and comments! I did some modifications according to that and our work looks better! Also, it helped a lot when I comment on other group's work. Thanks! Coral Liao, group26 @Ian (Wiki Ed):

I moved your draft back to the sandbox because you have not demonstrated that Portes meets PROF, GNG, and the Golden Rule. Primefac (talk) 02:55, 7 December 2016 (UTC)[reply]
