Your question on deletion nominations and lack of neutrality

[edit]
Hi there, and sorry for the late reply. If you haven't managed to find out what you need from other sources during my absence, then the following may be helpful:
  • Articles can be speedily deleted by an administrator without further discussion if they appear unsuitable for Wikipedia, provided they satisfy certain very specific and limited criteria. See Wikipedia:Criteria for speedy deletion. To nominate an article for speedy deletion, place the appropriate template on its page: for example, {{db-band}} might go on an unreferenced article about a non-notable band without a recording contract (criterion A7).
  • Articles that don't fit any of the speedy deletion criteria, but which seem to be suitable for deletion without much danger of controversy, may be proposed for deletion by following the instructions at WP:PROD. If someone removes a prod template from an article it shouldn't be replaced; any further nomination for deletion should be done at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion, where it will be discussed.
  • Lack of neutrality is not a valid reason for deletion. Instead, the article should be tagged with an appropriate template or rewritten to a more neutral point of view. If the changes are going to be controversial, the article's talk page is the place to try to reach consensus on a better wording. There's a list of templates you can use concerning neutrality and factual accuracy at Wikipedia:Template messages/Cleanup#Neutrality and factual accuracy.
