Thank you for your work on melanopsin and photoreceptive cells. This stuff fascinates me. Since you're knowledgable, I wonder if you can explain, preferably in the right article, whether the retinohypothalamic tract is indeed a part of the optic nerve, or runs beside it, and/or where it separates from the optic nerve?
