I share a wi-fi service with a lot of people so my IP address might seem to reflect inside of that.I need to be unlblocked primarity because I need engage with a discussion with fellow editors whose area of interest is Organized Crime

Request reason:

I NOW understand what I have been blocked for.1# I have been using a common network with too many accounts which make me a sock puppet.2#My intention is not to cause any disruption to any existing edits. 3# shall not create multiple accounts or cause any damage or disruption and will do my best to make useful contributions to Wikipedia.I shall not create any more accounts.Please unblock me and give me a chance.Thank YouLemmymister (talk) 11:48, 8 February 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Decline reason:
