Re:New Asian Articles
[edit]Thanks for the comment. At the moment I'm busy just getting the articles themselves across from the French Wikipedia (as 'placeholders'), with intent to improve those I can after they are all set up. There is a link to each county's website on each page; while I do not speak Chinese myself surely another Chinese speaker could glean some information from that link? Re:Nepal
[edit]Instead of criticising my work, why don't YOU help expand the articles? Their creation has been justified at numerous places, and even if they are short, they still provide context to the reader about the village. Sandhikharka and Sundarijal are exples of the possibility (i've been trying to bring these to Good Article status, but precious little is available). I'll probably look to expand them a bit, but they are basically a stress reliever for my main work on 2003 Bam earthquake (I dislike long, hard editing binges, as I like to explore across the site). - Well, I'm obviously not the best reponder to criticism, but I try. :) Yes, I have encountered some particularly mean people here, but I try to just shrug them off. I know you weren't trying to take a swipe at any article, just a friendly question if I could expand some articles. I know most of Kailali District articles are stubs, but so are most of the rest of Nepal. And a stub is better than nothing, especially a well-formatted one like the ones we have here. I don't have the time for expanding all this, as I'm working on a couple of other things too, but perhaps you could.
