Please feel free to talk about any suggested revisions or considerations here, or see the ongoing Teahouse/Questions discussion and search for my user name (Leifeinarson) or the title "Can I please have feedback on draft article in user space before submitting article?" After I finished a draft of this article I was informed that Wikipedia has a general consensus that elementary schools do NOT get articles unless they are particularly notable. I am now aware of that and I do think there are several notable aspects of this article so I plan to try submitting it shortly. Secondary sources are sparse for this article.
