Overall I thought your additions to the Environmental DNA article were very beneficial and thorough. I didn't detect any bias or flow of everything looks clear and is easy to understand. You gave a solid background about E DNA and it's importance in understanding more about the biological world surrounding us. I also like the fact that you added structure to the actual page and that you provided more sources as well, noting that there is still information that could be added to the page as well for future editors to scour and search through. I agree with the review-I think you improved this article. My only comment might be about the placement. The lead-in paragraph is usually just a description and often lacks citation. It may be that some of your material would be better if it were introduced in the leader and added to the applications sections. Think about it.
