Give your editing history, some policies and guidelines would probably be of use to you:

• WP:N, specifically WP:PROF - the guidelines on what it takes for a page to avoid deletion on wikipedia
• WP:FRINGE - guidelines regarding fringe topics, such as megavitamin therapy
• WP:RS - guidelines on what sorts of sources are acceptable. See in particular WP:MEDRS for medical claims and articles.
• WP:NPOV - policy on neutrality, particularly the section on due weight to mainstream opinions
