Request reason:

I've never once threatened this editor with any legal actions whatsoever. It is very self-explanatory if you read the chat between me and the editor I never once hinted at a legal threat against an editor, and the fact that one person like this can have so much control as to have my account disabled over a language misunderstanding? I asked if I would need my attorney to speak with Wikipedia, and eventually deliver documents/court papers to Wikipedia if needed. One person, one report, over asking if my attorney can go directly to Wikipedia with documentation?

Decline reason:

Clear and blatant legal threat. Talk page access revoked. Once your legal action is complete, or if you unconditionally withdraw your legal threat, with prejudice, you are welcome to use WP:UTRS to state this and regain access to this talk page. As per below, you are certainly welcome to take legal action against individuals or against Wikipedia, but you are not free to edit Wikipedia while doing so. If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

You tried to resolve a Wikipedia dispute by threatening to get your attorneys to take action against Wikipedia. This is not an acceptable dispute resolution mechanism here and so we've blocked your account. You have every right to have your attorneys contact Wikipedia or take action against Wikipedia but you have no right to edit Wikipedia while this happens. If you are willing to retract these comments and state unambiguously that you are not going to use attorneys to resolve on-wiki disputes then I will unblock your account. looks like a legal threat to me.-- Dlohcierekim 11:13, 14 August 2019 (UTC)[reply]
I'm more concerned with the legal exposure you subjected Wikipedia to through poorly sourced or unsourced negative BLP content. Once challenged/removed, such content must not be restored without obtaining WP:consensus. We don't want documents and court papers. We rely on WP:reliable sources with a reputation for fact checking. Also, for such serious negative BLP, we would need a great deal of confirmation from reliable sources. Not checking with police stations. I'm also concerned that you are on some sort of mission apart from building the encyclopedia. That wil need addressing if you are unblocked. To be unblocked, you must state in no certain terms that you have concluded any legal action against Wikipedia or members of the community. -- Dlohcierekim 11:26, 14 August 2019 (UTC)[reply]
