Hi, I think you did a mistype. It looks as though you intended to create a section on a talk page, but instead you created an article. Easy mistake to make. Were you trying to post on WP:Help desk perhaps? Or WP:Teahouse? From the question you asked, it looks as though you were using Visual Editor and inadvertently tried to remove "the" but selected the "Australia" link. I've fixed the Australian Greens article.
