Request reason:

just so I have this correct because I can now see I am going to have to file a legal injunction. I need you exact reasoningi for the record. Are you stating that I cannot remove classified information from your website and you are instead asking me to revise the classified information so that it is accurate?

Decline reason:

Until/unless you make a categorical retraction of your legal threat, you will remain blocked from editing. —DoRD (talk) 15:59, 3 February 2011 (UTC)[reply]

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

You have just compounded your problem - Wikipedia cannot allow you to edit at all if you make legal threats (as you just did above). I have extended your block indefinitely until you withdraw your threat of "legal injunction". TNXMan 15:02, 3 February 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Request reason:

this information is (1) classified, (2) inaccurate, and (3) not even cited to a credible source

Decline reason:

I am declining your unblock request because it does not address the reason for your block, or because it is inadequate for other reasons. To be unblocked, you must convince the reviewing administrator(s) that

  • the block is not necessary to prevent damage or disruption to Wikipedia, or
  • the block is no longer necessary because you
    1. understand what you have been blocked for,
    2. will not continue to cause damage or disruption, and
    3. will make useful contributions instead.

Please read the guide to appealing blocks for more information. TNXMan 14:49, 3 February 2011 (UTC)[reply]

I am sorry, I don't know how to use this and didn't see your message previously. I have been corresponding with your team regarding this issue via email. I hope this is how I respond to the message. The reason I am deleting the information is first and foremost if the information was even accurate it is classified. You cannot post the team colors, duties, insignia, training, etc. This can be used to identify our guys overseas. If you look in the first paragraph it attests to the fact that these teams are determined highly classfied by our government. Also, the information is not cited to a credible source. And lastly, the information is on its face inaccurate.

The correct course, as I indicated, would be to discuss the matter at the article's talk page, or at the Administrator's Noticeboard(WP:ANI) where the issue had been raised. I agree with you, the material was not correctly cited to a proper source, and so could be removed - but once another editor has objected to the removal, your task is to discuss it and come to a consensus one way or another. You were blocked because you instead continued to remove the material without discussion. Your block was then extended because you threatened legal action - see our policy on legal threats. This issue is not the material, but your conduct here - and you can't be unblocked until you show that you understand our policies and will abide by them. At that point, we can talk about what to do with these articles, if and when. UltraExactZZ Said ~ Did 16:33, 3 February 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Hello. This message is being sent to inform you that there currently is a discussion at Wikipedia:Administrators' noticeboard/Incidents regarding an issue with which you may have been involved. Thank you. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Kintetsubuffalo (talkcontribs) 13:10, 3 February 2011 (UTC)[reply]

While this is under discussion, please do not remove material from United States Navy Special Warfare Development Group. Your concerns are noted and under discussion - but whether you're right or wrong, another removal will be a violation of WP:3RR, and you will be Blocked from editing. Let's discuss the matter and figure out what's what - then, if consensus agrees that the material should be removed, I or another editor will remove it. Thank you. Thank you for disregarding my notice, above. You have now been blocked for edit warring. As I noted, it absolutely does not matter whether you are right or wrong - and I happen to agree with you on one of the articles - but you cannot cannot cannot edit war over the matter. See also our policy on Edit warring, and the notice below. UltraExactZZ Said ~ Did 13:58, 3 February 2011 (UTC)[reply]
