Feedback on initial edits
[edit]Well done for starting to edit Wikipedia. I've not reverted your recent edits but some points to help and fix:
- Do not create links out to pages already linked e.g. Lake Maggiore; Ticino. You link out only once, when the linked term is first used on the page. In this case the links have already been made earlier in the text. See Wikipedia:Manual of Style/Linking
- You have included many irrelevant links out from your text which now need reverting (e.g. mammals, shrubs, coots, etc.), which is termed 'over-linking'. See Wikipedia:Manual of Style/Linking
- Note the conventions for formatting External Links. Never just a URL. See: Help:External links and references
- the link from the following text to an external website is incorrect. Add it as a reference using the Cite>website template or remove it.

Links to draft articles
[edit]Please do not introduce links in actual articles to draft articles, as you did to VF Ivano Dibona, Karlsruher Grat, Nelson Rocks, Mount Ogden Via Ferrata and numerous other articles. Since a draft is not yet ready for the main article space, it is not in shape for ordinary readers, and links from articles should not go to a draft. Such links are contrary to the Manual of Style. These links have been removed. Thank you. - Arjayay (talk) 13:36, 18 December 2024 (UTC)

[edit]Welcome to Wikipedia. I noticed that your username, "LIUCMaxiTeam2", may not meet Wikipedia's username policy because it suggests this is a group or shared account. If you believe that your username does not violate our policy, please leave a note here explaining why. As an alternative, you may ask for a change of username by completing the form at Special:GlobalRenameRequest, or you may simply create a new account for editing. Thank you. 331dot (talk) 09:03, 20 December 2024 (UTC)
- The Account is only for me (Maxi) and I created it as part of the Team 2 in our project for the LIUC University in Italy. I am the only user of this account. LIUCMaxiTeam2 (talk) 18:10, 20 December 2024 (UTC)
- Thank you for your answer. I'm sorry that your professor has placed you in a bad position; it's a poor idea to require students to have a Wikipedia article accepted, as the process is entirely volunteer driven and we have no deadlines. We cannot guarantee a speedy review on the schedule of your professor. Please show them this message, as well as the Wikipedia Education Program. 331dot (talk) 20:41, 20 December 2024 (UTC)
