Hullo, Kurianperayil, you've contributed material to articles about two movies. We certainly NEED lots of work on Indian films but -- do try to remember that this is an encyclopedia, not a fan site. We can't just rhapsodize over films! I know it's a temptation -- I've been scolded for it a few times, mixing my own reactions with what is supposed to be a neutral presentation. Let's just give readers enough info to know whether or not they might want to view the film, and let them judge whether they like it or not.

Now ... let me direct your attention to the List of popular Bollywood films <g>. There are a number of films in there that don't have any descriptions at all. Also a lot of older movies that should be there, and aren't. And if you're a devotee of Tamil films -- a list like that for Tamil films would be a great idea! I am a foreigner and mostly watch Bollywood films because it's so much easier to find information about them. I'm sure I'm missing some very good movies. Zora 04:31, 13 July 2005 (UTC)[reply]

    [edit]

Kurian, I'm pleased to tell you that I've nominated one of your pictures, Niagara1.jpg, for the honor of a Wikipedia Featured Picture. You can view the nomination right here. I hope it makes it, as it's a truly gorgeous panoramic shot! ekedolphin 03:31, 19 April 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Hmm, already three "no" votes-- while it's early, I'm guessing it probably wasn't meant to be. But I still like the picture, regardless. ekedolphin 05:29, 19 April 2006 (UTC)[reply]
