Hey
No need to make a note that it's a non-admin observation, Waterfox! It doesn't make a difference. ;) ceranthor 00:11, 26 July 2011 (UTC)
- Duly noted, thanks. It still puzzles me why the page title and instructions make such an emphasis on administrator clerks. — Waterfox ~talk~ 00:17, 26 July 2011 (UTC)
- I have no idea. If you ever have any questions, feel free to ask! ceranthor 02:01, 28 July 2011 (UTC)

- I apologize. Igloo was only showing part of the diff, so I thought you were just adding the ¶ character. Sorry again for any inconvenience this may have caused. — Waterfox ~talk~ 22:15, 28 July 2011 (UTC)

Dr. Rajmohan Pillai's Profile (Maligning Repute by including legal case)
I've been interacting with the Beta Group for the last 6 months and studied the said details. The significance of the said legal case is insignificant in the biography of Dr. Rajmohan Pillai who heads the group that brought Coca Cola to India in 1991 and controlled Britannia from 1987-1996. Also Dr. Pillai is heading a business empire of $2.1 billion turnover. The addition of the legal case in his biography is not only insignificant but also maligning the repute of Dr. Pillai who is a businessman having business connections worldwide. Also, the criminal case mentioned therein which resulted in the conviction by the lower court has already been filed for appeal before the higher court. Arguments and Proofs are being provided to the higher court to take cognizance of the fact that: "the case is the creation of certain employees of the said company and their associates who were directly involved in the transaction which is the subject matter of the case. The name of Dr. Pillai had been included in the case with ulterior motive by the rivals in his business field and their intention is to defame the reputation and tarnish his image which he has all over the world. Dr. Pillai had already filed appeal before the higher court questioning the correctness of the findings in the lower court regarding the legal implications and the case is now under consideration of the higher court."
Normal legal cases of this nature in India could take many years before they are finally resolved. In the meanwhile this section is doing exactly what Dr. Pillai's rivals expected, defamation.
In light of the many important initiatives taken by Dr. Pillai this is insignificant and clearly of malicious nature. Hence, I'm removing the section and appeal to the editor to not reinstate the same. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Pramodpotti (talk • contribs) 18:40, 29 July 2011
- OK, sorry for any inconvenience my reversions may have caused. — Waterfox ~talk~ 18:43, 29 July 2011 (UTC)
- IMHO, there was no need to apologise. The editor is a new WP:SPA. The above arguments are uncited and are the sort of thing that might be asserted in any legal appeal. The legal case should remain on the article, which clearly states that an appeal is pending; it was a concession to remove the category for fraudsters from the page. - Fayenatic (talk) 18:52, 29 July 2011 (UTC)
X++ edit
Hi Waterfox,
Sorry for any trouble I caused you, but it was not my goal to ruin or vandalize that page, in fact I was attempting to improve it by removing unnecessary comments about the topic. I don't have any strong investment in this, I was just browsing the page and happened to read something that made the article sound like it does not really know what it is talking about. (I don't know of anyone that refers to programming languages as being members of the "dot and curly brace class"). I should have left an edit comment communicating this with the edit. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 70.35.40.246 (talk) 23:25, 29 July 2011 (UTC)
- No problem, and sorry, because it was partly my fault, too. But yes, it's best to leave edit summaries explaining the reason for your changes for them not to be reverted. — Waterfox ~talk~ 17:26, 30 July 2011 (UTC)
