Current state governments

[edit]

Hi Ku423winz1. There is no need to add current state governments to the article State governments of India since this information is already available at State legislative assemblies of India. A more detailed version is also available at List of current Indian chief ministers. Dhruv edits (talk) 08:06, 28 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]

@Ku423winz1 On second thoughts, I agree a table is required at State governments of India. You could add columns of State, speaker, CM, CM party, Leader of opposition, LoO Party. Let me know your thoughts. Dhruv edits (talk) 08:42, 28 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]
I think governers' name is most essential as they are the heads of Government. Governer owns the government and it is composed of cabinet ministry lead by chief minister. Speaker of legislative assemblies are not necessary as they are head of legislature, not government. Ku423winz1 (talk) 08:48, 28 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]
@Dhruv edits just governer and chief minister' name are necessary as they are head of the government while other posts you mentioned are part of legislative assembly but not the government. Ku423winz1 (talk) 08:52, 28 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]
@Ku423winz1. Yeah, that should be fine. 4 columns - State, Gov, CM, Party at State governments of India. Let's leave State legislative assemblies of India as it is for now. Dhruv edits (talk) 09:01, 28 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]
Do use Template:In use while adding the table to the article. Dhruv edits (talk) 09:03, 28 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]

June 2022

[edit]

Information icon Hi, and thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. It appears that you tried to give a page a different title by copying its content and pasting either the same content, or an edited version of it, into 2022 Gorkhaland Territorial Administration Election. This is known as a "cut-and-paste move", and it is undesirable because it splits the page history, which is legally required for attribution. Instead, the software used by Wikipedia has a feature that allows pages to be moved to a new title together with their edit history.

In most cases for registered users, once your account is four days old and has ten edits, you should be able to move an article yourself using the "Move" tab at the top of the page (the tab may be hidden in a dropdown menu for you). This both preserves the page history intact and automatically creates a redirect from the old title to the new. If you cannot perform a particular page move yourself this way (e.g. because a page already exists at the target title), please follow the instructions at requested moves to have it moved by someone else. Also, if there are any other pages that you moved by copying and pasting, even if it was a long time ago, please list them at Wikipedia:Requests for history merge. Thank you. Liz Read! Left Alliance

[edit]

@Ku423winz1 User Sharad SHRD7 is again started disruptions and he is trying to delete an article written by me : Alliances formed by left-wing parties in the states of India. Wikipedia reviewer Onel 2569 (I forgot the exact name) previously said me to add more citations to the page and I added that and then he said nothing against that page. Please say your opinion in that page. The page is being used in many other pages. XYZ 250706 (talk) 12:15, 22 January 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Repeated removal of content from India at the 2022 Asian Games

[edit]

I have seen that you are repeatedly removing updated content in the name some template issue. If there is an issue, make only modifications for that and do not remove updated content.Magentic Manifestations (talk) 11:10, 6 October 2023 (UTC)[reply]

@Magentic Manifestations:, actually I have mobile version so I don't have revert option. It will be helpful if you revert, https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Special:MobileDiff/1178857438 and https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Special:MobileDiff/1178858044 then the drop-down error will solve. Ku423winz1 (talk) 11:14, 6 October 2023 (UTC)[reply]
I have replaced the templates. See if this resolves the issue.Magentic Manifestations (talk) 11:18, 6 October 2023 (UTC)[reply]
@Magentic Manifestations: it didn't. I think reverting the edits given above will solve it. Ku423winz1 (talk) 11:20, 6 October 2023 (UTC)[reply]
I don't find any issues as those edits have already been superceded and the contents replaced. It should be something else. Magentic Manifestations (talk) 11:28, 6 October 2023 (UTC)[reply]
@Magentic Manifestations: I don't know, but the problem has to be in this edit https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Special:MobileDiff/1178857438 because in the previous edit, the article was normal. Ku423winz1 (talk) 11:31, 6 October 2023 (UTC)[reply]
