Bhavna Mehta

Although Draft:Bhavna Mehta (2) was declined, it has promise. The long profile in San Diego's largest and most reputable newspaper, and the similarly in-depth piece from the oldest public broadcasting station in Los Angeles (the latter written by a long-time professional art critic), are technically enough to pass the general notability guideline. However there are some aspects of the draft that could be strengthened. I made a start with some modest changes.
