I have asked that this article be deleted, as it appears to be a verbatim transcription of the source. Wikipedia does not accept copyrighted material unless there is an explicit release by the holder of the copyright. It also cannot accept material which is plagiarized, or which is closely paraphrased. The links above, and at the message now on the Hersch article, will help you to avoid these pitfalls.
