Hi
[edit]and welcome to Wikipedia. However, may I ask you to look at both WP:COI and WP:SPAM, as well as WP:USERNAME? Names that suggest they belong to a company or other group are usually not acceptable, and nor are articles or edits that are solely for the promotion of something, however good a cause it is. Thank you. Peridon (talk) 17:09, 24 December 2010 (UTC)
You may wish to consider using a Wizard to help you create articles. See the Article Wizard.
The article Enthusia VJTI has been speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This was done because the article, which appeared to be about a real person, individual animal, organization (band, club, company, etc.), or web content, did not indicate how or why the subject is notable, that is, why an article about that subject should be included in Wikipedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, articles that do not indicate the notability of the subject may be deleted at any time. If you can indicate why the subject is really notable, you are free to re-create the article, making sure to cite any verifiable sources.
Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable, and for specific types of articles, you may want to check out our criteria for biographies, for web sites, for musicians, or for companies. Feel free to leave a note on my talk page if you have any questions about this. NawlinWiki (talk) 16:21, 28 December 2010 (UTC)
Please refrain from introducing inappropriate pages, such as Enthusia vjti, to Wikipedia, as doing so is not in accordance with our policies. For more information about creating articles, you may want to read Wikipedia:Your first article; you might also consider using the Article Wizard. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. Thank you. NawlinWiki (talk) 19:10, 28 December 2010 (UTC)
- As I have been explaining to you, Wikipedia contains articles only on notable subjects. Your article, about a student festival at one school, does not indicate that the subject is notable per WP:ORG or WP:N, and is not supported by reliable independent sources per WP:V. NawlinWiki (talk) 19:17, 28 December 2010 (UTC)
- Furthermore, the article is written as an advertisement or promotional piece for the festival, in conflict with WP:SPAM and WP:NPOV. NawlinWiki (talk) 19:19, 28 December 2010 (UTC)
- I've cited the relevant policies to you. If you want to discuss it further, go to Wikipedia:Deletion review. NawlinWiki (talk) 20:05, 28 December 2010 (UTC)
