Welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, your addition of one or more external links to the page Tiky has been reverted.
Your edit here to Tiky was reverted by an automated bot that attempts to remove links which are discouraged per our external links guideline. The external link(s) you added or changed (https://amp.knowyourmeme.com/memes/tricky-the-clown-tiky) is/are on my list of links to remove and probably shouldn't be included in Wikipedia.
If you were trying to insert an external link that does comply with our policies and guidelines, then please accept my creator's apologies and feel free to undo the bot's revert. However, if the link does not comply with our policies and guidelines, but your edit included other, constructive, changes to the article, feel free to make those changes again without re-adding the link. Please read Wikipedia's external links guideline for more information, and consult my list of frequently-reverted sites. For more information about me, see my FAQ page. Welcome to Wikipedia. I noticed that your username, "Without leaving a redirect", may not meet Wikipedia's username policy because it is a well-known kind of move in the move log performed by page movers and administrators. If you believe that your username does not violate our policy, please leave a note here explaining why. As an alternative, you may ask for a change of username by completing the form at Special:GlobalRenameRequest, or you may simply create a new account for editing. Thank you. GeoffreyT2000 (talk) 17:07, 3 February 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Hello, I noticed that you may have recently made edits to Wikipedia:Changing username/Simple while logged out. Wikipedia's policy on multiple accounts usually does not allow the use of both an account and an IP address by the same person in the same setting and doing so may result in your account being blocked from editing. Additionally, making edits while logged out reveals your IP address, which may allow others to determine your location and identity. If this was not your intention, please remember to log in when editing. Thank you. Cabayi (talk) 08:18, 10 February 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Username discussion

[edit]

Hello, Without leaving a redirect. Concerns have been raised that your username may be incompatible with policy. You can contribute to the discussion about it at the page for requests for comment on usernames. Alternatively, if you agree that your username may be problematic and are willing to change it, it is possible for you to keep your present contributions history under a new name. Simply request a new name at Wikipedia:Changing username following the guidelines on that page, rather than creating a whole new account. Thank you. Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia. A tag has been placed on User:KrisSusieRalsei/The Amogus Movie requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section U5 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page appears to consist of writings, information, discussions, and/or activities not closely related to Wikipedia's goals. Please note that Wikipedia is not a free web hosting service. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such pages may be deleted at any time.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator, or if you have already done so, you can place a request here. --Finngall talk 04:01, 28 April 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Speedy deletion nomination of Strauss Serpent

[edit]

Hello KrisSusieRalsei,

I wanted to let you know that I just tagged Strauss Serpent for deletion, because the article doesn't clearly indicate why the subject is important enough to be included in an encyclopedia.

If you feel that the article shouldn't be deleted and want more time to work on it, you can contest this deletion, but don't remove the speedy deletion tag from the top.

You can leave a note on my talk page if you have questions. Thanks!

Message delivered via the Page Curation tool, on behalf of the reviewer.

Hughesdarren (talk) 02:32, 1 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]

I disagree with the deletion. I want to expand it. KrisSusieRalsei (talk) 02:46, 1 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Hello KrisSusieRalsei -- I moved the article to draftspace so that you could continue to work on it without interruption but I note that you have moved it back while I was typing this note. Reliable sources are absolutely required for all articles about living people and must be provided up front to cover every point that you make. Newspaper/magazine articles or books are good sources. Good luck! Espresso Addict (talk) 02:53, 1 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Notice

The article Controversial nickname has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Unsourced, only one example given, no indication that this term is in general use or that it should have an encyclopedia article.

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Copying within Wikipedia

[edit]

Hallo, in creating "Birga" you seem to have copied text from an existing Wikipedia article without acknowledging it, and losing all the sourcing too. I have converted Birga to a redirect pointing back to the well-sourced article where it is mentioned.

Please read Wikipedia:Copying_within_Wikipedia and take care not to claim other people's work as your own by copying their contributions in this way. Please also note that all articles in Wikipedia need to be sourced, and remember to add references to every article you create, or every statememt you add to an existing article. Thanks. Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia. This is a notice to inform you that a tag has been placed on Rupia Nigra requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A3 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is an article with no content whatsoever, or whose contents consist only of external links, a "See also" section, book references, category tags, template tags, interwiki links, images, a rephrasing of the title, a question that should have been asked at the help or reference desks, or an attempt to contact the subject of the article. Please see Wikipedia:Stub for our minimum information standards for short articles. Also please note that articles must be on notable subjects and should provide references to reliable sources that verify their content.

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Barnabas, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Barrabas. Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)

Revert on Leitmotif

[edit]

Hi, I would rather have a discussion with you rather than engage in an edit war. Clearly, you are a fan of the game based on your user page, and as such I understand your position of wanting to include the soundtracks to Toby Fox's video games as examples of leitmotifs. However, the sources in question either do not work, or do not support the statement at all. We can't list every single example of leitmotif usage across every piece of content every created. From what I can find, these games do not provide obvious enough examples of leitmotifs to be listed as the same caliber as the other items you can see on the list. I'll wait a little bit for your response, but as of now, I still think the section should be removed unless better sources are established or their inclusion can be justified. Thanks. TNstingray (talk) 13:25, 25 July 2022 (UTC)[reply]

I know Cantonese and just edited a section on the page 主導樂想 on Cantonese Wikipedia (which means "leitmotif", you may translate the page if you don't know Cantonese). Since the article is a stub, I managed to expand it, so I added an edit about Toby Fox using leitmotifs in his games to represent different characters. This information also used to be on the English Wikipedia, and I found it useful, so I undid your edit. If you are still biased with the undone edit, I may apologize. KrisSusieRalsei (talk) 13:34, 25 July 2022 (UTC)[reply]
To make sure I am understanding correctly: you added the Toby Fox section to the Cantonese Wikipedia, then I removed it from the English Wikipedia, so you reverted my edit to restore that information. Makes sense, so thank you for explaining your perspective. The citation issue still stands, and I'm just not sure that the score is notable enough to stand alongside the other obvious examples of leitmotifs that you can see on the English page. TNstingray (talk) 13:43, 25 July 2022 (UTC)[reply]
No problem. KrisSusieRalsei (talk) 13:45, 25 July 2022 (UTC)[reply]
Looks like we both edited the page at the same time, so I didn't see your addition until just now. Unfortunately, consensus amongst editors has led to WP:FANDOM, which states that Fandom wikis are considered generally unreliable because they are open, self-published sources. Now, if there are sources over there, feel free to grab those and cite them. Otherwise, they can't stay. TNstingray (talk) 13:50, 25 July 2022 (UTC)[reply]
