I’m a member of Bankless DAO, we can use the logo as it is free for us to use. Apart from this, is any other content that my incur in copyright issues? Kouros2000 (talk) 11:18, 6 June 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Request reason:

I do not understand the reasons of my block. I think it is very abusive that people for no reason block other members that just want to submit an article. For someone like me that I don't have experience in Wikipedia is quite overwhelming. The reason for my block? undisclosed paid contributor? Well, this is not the case. I just want to submit an entry for the organisation I am a member of. Does all organisations in the World experience this abuse? I really hope the block can be removed as I haven't done anything wrong.

Decline reason:

Please review WP:COI, as you have been violating this core policy. Yes, we hold all organisations in the world to this standard. Yamla (talk) 18:49, 6 June 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Request reason:

I do understand now that I have used copyrightedmaterial and this poses legal threat to Wikipedia, I will change the entry in full with my original material, so if you could unblock my account that would be much appreciated. I will take extra care in the future. I'm just a new user of Wikipedia and lots of things to learn Kouros2000 (talk) 06:49, 7 June 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Decline reason:

Copyright, while important, is not the only issue here. This does not address your violation of WP:COI. You wrote a blatant advertisement for your organization, instead of summarizing what independent reliable sources say about it, showing how it meets Wikipedia's special definition of a notable organization. You will need to tell us how your future edits will be consistent with the COI policy, and also describe any topics unrelated to your organization and its field that you wish to edit about, as you won't be unblocked to, in the short term, edit about your organization. I am declining your request. 331dot (talk) 08:58, 7 June 2021 (UTC)[reply]
