This article is very interesting. It's possible I've had this dish in the past, but I can't remember, I haven't had Vietnamese in a few years. I need to find a good restaurant and try Com Tam! I love rice. I really enjoyed the information in the "Serving" section, but I think it may be in jeopardy of getting deleted (just that section) if there is no citation. Keep up the good work!
