Why can't I edit Wikipedia?

What can I do now?

You are still welcome to write about something other than your company, organization, or clients. If you do intend to make useful contributions on some other topic, you must convince a Wikipedia administrator that you mean it. To that end, please do the following:

Dear Wikipedia: We have been informed by Wikipedia that our account was closed. I honestly was not even aware of this.

Unfortunately, I have let staffers handle such work and not give the oversight that I should have.

The staffer/s who likely did this are no longer employees so I can't even get a report on it.

We intend to update and correct listings that are related to areas in which we have strong knowledge (Jamaica, Caribbean, Social Media, Web & Mobile)

Please let me know what we can do now to rectify the situation.
