Cable

[edit]

Greetings! It's a news broadcast on Horn Cable Television in the Somali language, as described in the text. Regards-- Soupforone (talk) 17:06, 4 January 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Adal Sultanate

[edit]

The 18th century geographer George Sale describes the adjacent population as negroes [1]. That is the actual appellation he uses. Kind Regards-- Soupforone (talk) 02:48, 23 June 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Please be civil. Also, kindly see WP:AGE MATTERS ("With regard to historical events, older reports (closer to the event, but not too close such that they are prone to the errors of breaking news) tend to have the most detail, and are less likely to have errors introduced by repeated copying and summarizing.") Anyway, what is your goal exactly? Should we not mention at all that the Adelites had neighbours of different ancestral origin, with whom they bartered various goods? Or is there an appellation for the latter that you think is more appropriate or accurate? Kind Regards-- Soupforone (talk) 14:00, 23 June 2017 (UTC)[reply]
