Karnataka music
[edit]Hi, although your edits seem to be done in good faith, they add POV to the article. Also, unrelated templates are being added in inappropriate places. Please be careful not to make disputable edits. You might be interested in joining hands with WP:KARNATAKA and contributing to articles related to Karnataka. Thanks! This is the only warning you will receive for your 6 disruptive edits.
If you vandalize Wikipedia again and/or violate Wikipedia's neutral point of view policy by inserting commentary or your personal analysis into an article, as you did to Carnatic music, you will be blocked from editing, so please refrain from any further disruptive edits. Thank you. Ncmvocalist (talk) 00:58, 19 December 2007 (UTC)
Please refrain from undoing other people's edits repeatedly. If you continue, you may be blocked from editing Wikipedia. Note that the three-revert rule prohibits making more than three reversions in a content dispute within a 24 hour period. Additionally, users who perform a large number of reversions in content disputes may be blocked for edit warring, even if they do not technically violate the three-revert rule. Rather than reverting, discuss disputed changes on the talk page. The revision you want is not going to be implemented by edit warring. Thank you.--Hu12 (talk) 05:09, 19 December 2007 (UTC)
Our Edits
[edit]So far no one has disputed edits except going back to old ones. The edits are results of group discussions. Given the depth and breadth of Karnataka Music that is linked to this article it is too pre-mature to set hard formatted templates. We reached this article when we were looking for Karnataka Music. Our interest is in Karnataka Music based on facts. We will edit till the correct validated facts are posted related to Karnataka Music. Otherwise it will defeat the purpose of the website. How come there are replies from three at the same time. Did all of you discuss or are they independent? - Knataka
- I'm a little confused. May I ask who "Our Edits" are? and Who is "We will edit"? Where is this group discussion, could you share them with us? thanks--Hu12 (talk) 08:37, 19 December 2007 (UTC)
Hi Hu12
[edit]It is the result of discussions by Karnataka music lovers. No formal group. However, I am responsible for posting the edits as a member of Wikipedia and therefore expect answers from those who reverse it.
Still I have not received the answer for my question posted on Wikipedia. How come no one disputes on the edits except just reversing. How come there are replies from three at the same time. It is not clear what is happening. Did all of you discuss or are they independent?? If so in what group? If not what is going on. Please inform me- Knataka
- Perhaps you misunderstand what wikipedia is. this should guide you;

Still no logical rebuttal to my edits and answers to my questions. Looks like it is leading to vithMDa vaada. I will follow up with Wikipedia. Thanks and good bye for now. Knataka
Your account will be renamed
[edit]Hello,
The developer team at Wikimedia is making some changes to how accounts work, as part of our on-going efforts to provide new and better tools for our users like cross-wiki notifications. These changes will mean you have the same account name everywhere. This will let us give you new features that will help you edit and discuss better, and allow more flexible user permissions for tools. One of the side-effects of this is that user accounts will now have to be unique across all 900 Wikimedia wikis. See the announcement for more information.
Unfortunately, your account clashes with another account also called Knataka. To make sure that both of you can use all Wikimedia projects in future, we have reserved the name Knataka~enwiki that only you will have. If you like it, you don't have to do anything. If you do not like it, you can pick out a different name. If you think you might own all of the accounts with this name and this message is in error, please visit Special:MergeAccount to check and attach all of your accounts to prevent them from being renamed.
Your account will still work as before, and you will be credited for all your edits made so far, but you will have to use the new account name when you log in.
Sorry for the inconvenience.
Yours,
Keegan Peterzell
Community Liaison, Wikimedia FoundationRenamed
