Possible revision

[edit]

My only major criticism, although I think it is a big one, is that this draft is so clearly largely dependent on self-published sources. Susan Palmer's book discusses the subject in depth, and I would think, where possible, it should be used instead of references to self-published sources. Also, there are at least a few treatments in academic journals, many of which can be found through JSTOR, which would be good sources as well. If you can't yourself get copies of articles you find there, please feel free to drop me an e-mail, indicating your own e-mail address, and I can see what I can do to get copies to you.
