As an employee of Westat, you should not make significant changes to content. In accordance with Wikipedia:Conflict of interest, you should propose any significant revisions to the article talk page so that they can be evaluated by more neutral editors. You have removed well-sourced negative material and added unsourced promotional content, which is unacceptable.

It is fine to make minor corrections, such as spelling, numbers, names of leadership, reverting obvious vandalism, and so forth, but anything beyond that must be proposed on the article talk page.
