Hi!

[edit]

Hey, I saw you on the United States Congress by Session category page. It's great to see someone else working on these, and I think we have a lot in common. I'll be a sophomore in college this fall, and joined Wikipedia a few months ago. I started on congresses because they seemed easy and demanded, but I enjoy the funny names as well.

I've been looking to standardize the Congress by Session pages' layout for a while now, perhaps you'd like to input?

Also, I noticed that you added your personal page to the United States Congress by Session category, by accident, I think. I was gonna remove it, but it looked like you were working on something and I didn't want to be rude.

I think getting in touch with JeLuF would be excellent, and he may even want to get involved again. Now, I've been basing my pages on the First United States Congress as much as possible, as per the project, but have added a little here and there. Fifty-seventh is a good page, though. Really, the only contentious thing in my opinion is whether Senate and House member should be organized alphabetically or by state, or some other way. I kind of lean toward "by state", but don't like the huge Table of Contents it produces; I have been experimenting on my user page...what do you think?

And for the articles with numerals instead of written-out, I've just been creating pages at the written-out name, and changing the numeral name to a redirect. Perhaps even those pages started with written-out names should have redirects? Well, just some ideas. Eweisser 23:52, 21 July 2005 (UTC)[reply]
