Tinsley Price moved to draftspace

[edit]

An article you recently created, Tinsley Price, does not have enough sources and citations as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources.

What is needed to demonstrate notability is newspaper articles etc. that discuss her (her specifically, not just productions she appeared in) in some detail. User-generated content like IMDB is not considered reliable, and unsuitable for this purpose.

I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page. @Elmidae: Thank you for your notice. I have edited the article. Could you review it and give me a feedback? This would be very nice. --Kiste11(Talk) 16:37, 12 April 2019 (UTC)[reply]
I'm afraid the current sourcing in the draft would not be regarded as sufficient :/ Both famousbirthdays.com and fandom.com are user-generated content, which is regarded as not reliable. This, BTW, includes Wikipedia - we wouldn't be allowed to reference ourselves under this guideline! The German source is of a suitable typ (even if it's rather light on content), but one single reliable source is not going to be enough; we need multiple, to show that general independent coverage exists. You may want to have a look at the detailed guidelines at WP:GNG and WP:NACTOR. - Consider that for some people the coverage just isn't there; it is often not possible to assemble sufficient sources for notability in the WP sense from dribs and drabs on the internet. In such a case, we just have to wait until the real world takes the trouble to put sufficient material into print so we can use it. @Praxidicae: I really think that there are enough sources for an article. Could you tell me what the problem is? --Kiste11(Talk) 15:59, 22 May 2019 (UTC)[reply]
Kiste11 The number of sources are irrelevant because the sources you included are absolutely and completely unreliable. Wikia, famousbirthdays, celebsmoney are all unacceptable and should be blacklisted as they aren't reliable and serve no encyclopedic value. Second this is a WP:BLP so the sourcing MUST be up to par, especially considering that it's about a very young minor. You'd need to provide coverage in independent reliable sources which are subject to editorial oversight and have written about Tinsley in great detail (like the New York Times, as an easy example.)
