Glad to know your interest and effort towards translating articles on Naayanmaars. I don't know the number of articles on Naayanmaars. I might generate list for you after my wikivacation. As for your second question, it's a long "aa" sound in the first and third syllables. Regards. Sundar \talk \contribs 10:57, 24 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]

AFIK, it can't be written in Devanagari. Marathi has another "L" sound, but not sure if it's the same as this. Tamil language#Sounds has a tongue twister which has the sound repeating throughout. It's transcript would be "Yaezhaik kizhavan vaazhaip pazhaththOlmael sarusarukki vazhuvzhukkik kIzhae vizhunthaan". If you listen to that, you'd realise it's not exactly similar to "kayyakam". Hope it helps. -- Sundar \talk \contribs 14:42, 16 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I noticed on some of the Nayanar pages that you had uploaded pictures. I also noticed you've edited on Hindi wikipedia. Could you upload those pics up on hindi wikipedia? I've created 31 nayanar pages on there, but pictures would be nice (especially for Sundaramoorthy Nayanar).T*E*H Kingrom 02:01, 18 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Nice meeting you. I shall surely do this by Sunday next. Typing in Hindi is a problem for me, otherwise I feel comfortable in Hindi as well as in English. All the best! --Bhadani 15:00, 19 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]

A tag has been placed on Navtej Singh Rehal, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done because the article seems to be about a person, group of people, band, club, company, or web content, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is notable, that is, why an article about that subject should be included in Wikipedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, articles that do not assert notability may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable, and if you can indicate why the subject of this article is notable, you may contest the tagging. To do this, add {{hangon}} on the top of the page (below the existing db tag) and leave a note on the article's talk page explaining your position. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would confirm its subject's notability under the guidelines.

For guidelines on specific types of articles, you may want to check out our criteria for biographies, for web sites, for bands, or for companies. Feel free to leave a note on my talk page if you have any questions about this. Gab.popp 02:41, 25 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]
