Donny Pangilinan

[edit]

Hi there, I've made some significant additions to the Donny Pangilinan article. I think it now has a sufficient number of external sources, but feel free to add more. I believe in its current state it can no longer be challenged for deletion. Koikefan (talk) 03:27, 4 August 2021 (UTC)[reply]

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia. This is a notice to inform you that a tag has been placed on Aaron Black (golfer) requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A3 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is an article with no content whatsoever, or whose contents consist only of external links, a "See also" section, book references, category tags, template tags, interwiki links, images, a rephrasing of the title, a question that should have been asked at the help or reference desks, or an attempt to contact the subject of the article. Please see Wikipedia:Stub for our minimum information standards for short articles. Also please note that articles must be on notable subjects and should provide references to reliable sources that verify their content.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator, or if you have already done so, you can place a request here. Information icon Hello, I'm SunDawn. I wanted to let you know that I reverted one of your recent contributions—specifically this edit to Aaron Black (footballer, born 1990)—because it did not appear constructive. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. If you have any questions, you can ask for assistance at the Help desk. Thanks. SunDawntalk 16:14, 6 August 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Editing problems

[edit]

A number of your edits are very questionable, to say the least. These include: hijacking an article about a person and replacing its contents with material about a totally different person to whom the article's title doesn’t apply; creating a user page in the name of another editor; creating a redirect from the name of a person to an article not mentioning that person; creating a page the title of which refers to one person, and the page content to another, and various other things. There is a serious risk that if you continue in the same way your editing will come to give such a strong impression of vandalism that you will be blocked from editing by an administrator. If what you are doing is not vandalism, but good faith but mistaken attempts to help, then I suggest it will be best to stick to making small improvements to articles until you have enough experience to be able to avoid such mistakes.
