[edit]Hello! I hope you're well. When the vote began, a suffrage requirement was introduced to prevent possible vote stuffing or sockpuppetry; this is fairly common in Wikipedia. This is also similar to actual political votes that introduce an age requirement. I regret that your vote had to be nixed (and do not otherwise believe your vote is anything but genuine), but we've been pretty consistent in excluding any votes from anonymous users/IPs or those who joined Wp after 1 March.
