Just because you register a username does not mean that you are free to return the content that has been repeatedly removed as a biography of a living person policy violation. It still is not sourced and it still cannot remain. In actuality, returning the content only confirms that you are the same editor who was blocked for one week on July 21 and have registered a new account and returned to editing in defiance of the block.
