Edit to Enoch Powell

[edit]

Thank you for highlighting lack of references on my edit of Enoch Powell. See my new references. Can you add this to the page? Please guide me on the correct wiki etiquette.

Powell's former constituency office, where the "Rivers of Blood" speech was penned, now serves as the Wolverhampton Heritage Centre, a hub for the local Caribbean community.[1] In 2023, a Blue Plaque was unveiled at this site in memory of Paulette Wilson, a prominent immigrant rights activist and member of the Windrush Generation, by campaigners including Patrick Vernon and Claire Darke marking a significant shift from Powell's rhetoric.[2][3] Qetuadgjzcbm (talk) 21:51, 11 August 2024 (UTC)[reply]

BLAR notice

[edit]

Hi there. While reviewing new pages, I noticed that a page you created, Phuttiphong Aroonpheng, likely does not meet Wikipedia's notability guidelines as a standalone article. As an alternative to deletion, I've redirected it to Manta Ray (film). If you disagree, feel free to revert my redirect and we can proceed to a deletion discussion at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion. Thanks! Dclemens1971 (talk) 18:33, 19 September 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Deletion discussion about Phuttiphong Aroonpheng

[edit]

Hello Khiikiat, and thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia.

While your contributions are appreciated, I wanted to let you know that I've started a discussion about whether an article that you created, Phuttiphong Aroonpheng, should be deleted, as I am not sure that it is suitable for inclusion in Wikipedia in its current form. Your comments are welcome at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Phuttiphong Aroonpheng.

Deletion discussions usually run for seven days and are not votes. Our guide about effectively contributing to such discussions is worth a read. The most common issue in these discussions is notability, but it's not the only aspect that may be discussed; read the nomination and any other comments carefully before you contribute to the discussion. Last but not least, you are highly encouraged to continue improving the article; just be sure not to remove the tag about the deletion nomination from the top.

If you have any questions, please leave a comment here and prepend it with {{Re|GTrang}}. And don't forget to sign your reply with ~~~~ . Thanks!

Request

Hello.

In the 2024 Hezbollah headquarters strike article, can you actually display the specific bomb Mark 84 bomb with its name, which has been obscured in the Wikilink under the label "2,000-pound bombs", when the other bunker buster bombs like BLU-109 bomb are displayed with their names in the article?

(Also, if units have to be displayed, both the metric and imperial units must be displayed in Wikipedia articles, not one or the other. 95% of the world population use only the metric system.)

Your edit summary

[edit]

I saw this comment of yours, and while I have no opppsition to discussing on the talk page, there is no requirement to discuss prior to making edits. Quite the opposite, according to WP:BOLD. Anyways, just thought I'd let you know, as I read that as an attempt to chastise me for not discussing first. Thanks. Sergecross73 msg me 18:32, 3 October 2024 (UTC)[reply]
