Alan Keyes photo

Regarding the Alan Keyes photo that you uploaded, does this photo exist anywhere on any Alan Keyes-related website (ie, his campaign website, etc)? If so, Wikipedia needs documentation of the permission to use it. Please see Wikipedia:Requesting copyright permission#Declaration of consent for all enquiries. Would you be willing to send a letter to "permissions-en AT wikimedia DOT org" telling who you are, who owns the copyright to the image (you personally or your organization), and a statement that you release the image under the terms of the GFDL?
