See the archives and the new FAQ. Consensus has consistently, repeatedly supported the idea that SRA should be portrayed a a moral panic. Please drop your suggestion unless you can support it with multiple recent, high-quality sources demonstrating it is a current concern. If this upsets you, I suggest you bring it up with User:ResearchEditor - God knows there are 102 ways of getting in touch with him.
