Disambiguation link notification for October 22
[edit]Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Deepthi Nambiar, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page St. Anne's High School (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

Invitation to participate in an interview!
[edit]Hello Ketaki Pole!
My name is Jadine, and I am an undergraduate researcher from the University of Toronto. I'm currently looking to get in touch with female Indian editors for my research on the Indian Wikipedian gender gap. I saw your name in the list of participants on the Wikipedia page for the co-ordination of the International Women's Day events happening in India (http://wiki.riteme.site/wiki/Wikipedia:Meetup/International_Women's_Day,_India), and I'd be really interested in talking to you about your experiences as an editor and your insight into the gender gap, if you are willing!
If you're interested in speaking to me about this, or just want to find out more about my research (or if you just want to say "hi!"), please contact me by replying on my talk page. Thanks! Bluujayy (talk) 09:12, 31 May 2013 (UTC)
Hello Jadine!
It is my pleasure if I could give you any sort of help for your research.

Women's History Month: Come join us!
[edit]We need you! | |
---|---|
Hi Ketaki Pole! 8th March is International Women's Day and to celebrate, women in India are organizing edit-a-thons and meetups to create and expand articles of importance to women in Wikipedia in English and various Indian languages. The goal of the month-long event is to encourage more women to contribute to Wikipedia and increase representation of articles related to women in Wikipedia. The event aims at creating new articles, expanding the existing stubs and translating English articles to various Indic languages. Read more about the event on our project page: Women's History Month (India), 2014. Get involved by:
We look forward to your contributions. Thank you! -- Netha (talk) 18:59, 27 February 2014 (UTC) |
Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
