Please wp:ping me or other editors to keep the talk on one page. See wp:moving a page. Which says: If you need administrator help in a simple pagemove situation which is blocked by history at the target of the move, the easiest way is to tag the page that needs to be deleted to make way for the move (the target) with {{db-move|page to move from|reason for move}} It might take awhile for an admin to delete the old page and move it.
