Jacksonville Women's Leadership Forum

The Jacksonville Women’s Leadership Forum is the premiere organization on the First Coast that empowers women to successfully navigate the unique terrain of the corporate workplace and nurture their personal development. JWLF will help transform the way they women at leadership, networking, career advancement and life balance. Through annual educational Forums and frequent relationship building events you will gain insights from other smart and successful women all focused on tackling the issues that challenge women working their way to the top. The forum has been spoken about on WJCT radio back in 2016. ^[1]

Every Year a WoLF Award is given out at the annual Forum. The WoLF Award recipient is always a woman in the Jacksonville community who has demonstrated the named attributes in an extraordinary way. The following attributes are named for consideration: Intelligence, loyalty, survival, discipline, communication, compassion, family, teamwork, work/life balance.

Previous Forum topics:

2017- “Game On! The Power of Women – It’s Our Time to Lead!”

2016- “Traits of Resilient Leaders”

2015- “Elevating your Game: Strategies to Build Your Brand, Raise your Confidence and Maximize your Network!

2014- “The Way Women Lead”

Non-profit partners of JWLF include, Re-Threaded, Girls on the Run, The American Heart Association, Pace, Community Connections, Habitat for Humanity Jacksonville, and The Donna Foundation.

At every Forum there are a host of guest speakers. Previous speakers have included Jan Hargrave, Dr. Tracey Alloway, Dr. Hellen Fisher, and Tiffany Dufu, just to name a few. In the 2018 forum, Dr. Leigh Thompson and Corrine Costa Davis will be the guest speakers.https://www.jwlf.org^[2]
