Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia. This is a notice to inform you that a tag has been placed on Office ergonomics requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A3 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is an article with no content whatsoever, or whose contents consist only of external links, a "See also" section, book references, category tags, template tags, interwiki links, images, a rephrasing of the title, a question that should have been asked at the help or reference desks, or an attempt to contact the subject of the article. Please see Wikipedia:Stub for our minimum information standards for short articles. Also please note that articles must be on notable subjects and should provide references to reliable sources that verify their content.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion". Multiple accounts

[edit]

Why are you using multiple accounts to edit the same article? --Anthony Bradbury"talk" 21:56, 22 June 2015 (UTC)[reply]

@Anthony Bradbury:I don't think this user is user is using multiple accounts. It seems unlikely that the user will logout, switch accounts, and edit a page within a minute. Also, I see no point in bothering to make a new account just to edit the same page.--ABCDEFAD 22:10, 22 June 2015 (UTC)[reply]
You have as yet not been here very long; I have been here for over nine years. We have here four accounts, all created at about the same time, all editing only the one article, all without any userpage data, and all with similar albeit not closely similar names. Look at WP:DUCK. I have not blocked them for sockpuppetry only because their edits are in no way argumentative, and the situation is so obvious that I suspect it is done through ignorance rather than malice. I try to assume good faith where possible. I would concede that closely grouped meatpuppets is a second possible explanation.--Anthony Bradbury"talk" 22:19, 22 June 2015 (UTC)[reply]
@Anthony.bradbury: The big question is "is there any reason for someone to be socking in this way"? The more logical explanation, especially given the usernames, is that it's a class assignment. Working in the other direction, what would a group of students working on this article in class look like if not this? — Rhododendrites talk \\ 14:41, 23 June 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Class assignment?

[edit]

Hi there,

It looks like you and a couple others may be working on office ergonomics as part of a class assignment. If so, could you tell me who your professor is (and at what school)? I work with the Wiki Education Foundation, a non-profit that works with instructors and students in the US and Canada (and if you're not in the US or Canada I can connect you to people near you). Also, you may be interested to go through the interactive online training designed for students. --Ryan (Wiki Ed) (talk) 14:46, 23 June 2015 (UTC)[reply]
