Welcome to Wikipedia. Moving a page by cutting and pasting, as you did here, is not a good idea because it loses the page history, and the CC-BY-SA license requires us to maintain that for attribution purposes. There is a "Move" tab at the top of the screen which can be used to move an article to a new title, taking the history with it, and that is the way to do it. (Many people find the "Move" dialogue confusing - if you intend to move something into the main encyclopedia, the key is to select "(Article)" in the drop-down menu on the left, not "Wikipedia".)
Once a copy-paste move has been done, if edits are made in parallel both to the original and to the copy, things get complicated. I was asked to do a history merge to put this back together. As it has not been formally reviewed at Articles for Creation, and as SarahStierch (talk) noted that she had asked for comment at WT:WikiProject Genetics, I thought it best to put the result of the merge back at Wikipedia talk:Articles for creation/Epigenome editing. As far as I can see in the history, you never actually submitted it for AfC review, but as you evidently regard it as ready I have added the "Submit" template which puts it in the queue for review, and told Sarah and the WikiProject what I have done.
Leave a message below here if you have any questions about this - I will watch this talk page. Regards, JohnCD (talk) 22:58, 24 March 2014 (UTC)
