unblock: I don't know why I am blocked, but I am blocked, and I would like to have my account re-enabled because I have just started contributing to Wikipedia! I don't know what I did wrong, I'm just a History major trying to make a difference. I guess Wikipedia isn't an open community after all.

- I've asked for a review by the blocking administrator SlimVirgin. This should happen within 28-48 hours. Apologies for any inconvenience caused if this does indeed turn out to be a case of mistaken identity. -- Netsnipe ► 04:26, 5 September 2006 (UTC)
- Netsnipe, thanks for drawing this to my attention. Katie, can you say how you came upon Gold standard as your first edit, [1] and have you edited with any other accounts in the past? SlimVirgin (talk) 04:34, 5 September 2006 (UTC)
- Unblocking on good faith. -- Netsnipe ► 04:45, 5 September 2006 (UTC)
- Blocked again. Confirmed by check user as being part of the D Sanchez/T Turner et al chaos. SlimVirgin (talk) 05:04, 5 September 2006 (UTC)
You've been blocked because you are one of a large number of sockpuppets of an editor who has been harassing User:Stirling Newberry; see Category:Wikipedia sockpuppets of WikipediaSleeperCell1 for more details. Lying about your IP address only compounds the problem. Jayjg (talk) 05:33, 5 September 2006 (UTC)
