The article Mark Burns (photographer) has been proposed for deletion because it appears to have no references. Under Wikipedia policy, this newly created biography of a living person will be deleted unless it has at least one reference to a reliable source that directly supports material in the article.

If you created the article, please don't be offended. Instead, consider improving the article. For help on inserting references, see Referencing for beginners, or ask at the help desk. Once you have provided at least one reliable source, you may remove the {{prod blp}} tag. Please do not remove the tag unless the article is sourced. If you cannot provide such a source within ten days, the article may be deleted, but you can request that it be undeleted when you are ready to add one. -

Deleting your own pages

[edit]

Just so you know, you can have pages in your userspace speedily deleted by placing {{db-u1}} on them. You don't need to PROD them and wait a week. Jackmcbarn (talk) 22:46, 2 September 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Warning icon Please stop your disruptive editing. If you continue to vandalize Wikipedia, as you did at Mark Burns (photographer), you may be blocked from editing. Stop adding the links as references. A reference specificity supports a statement in the article. These do not. reddogsix (talk) 02:05, 3 September 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Davey...thank you for the information. I wasn't creating the references the correct way; thus, they were being added as external links. I now understand the correct method and will be correcting and adding valid references to my Mark Burns Photographer page tonight. I apologize! Kathycabe (talk) 15:05, 3 September 2013 (UTC)[reply]
