Taurus wagon
[edit]I was there, and I know it's the 92-95 version. To be 100% sure of my memory, I checked out photographs of other 92-95s, and it's identical. What sort of giveaway do you think you see? IFCAR 00:09, 14 April 2007 (UTC)
- I looked on AutoTrader.com, and there were 2nd-gen Tauruses with the same wheels as the one I photographed. The bumper may have been replaced after the accident that also did a number on the body panel, and the front bumper seems to be monotone. Furthermore, I haven't seen any 1st-gen Taurus wagons since I started photographing, so I'm sure I would remember if that were one. IFCAR 00:49, 14 April 2007 (UTC)
Mustang Article
[edit]Karrmann you need to stop changing the 98 mustang picture in Mustang Article. The picture you uploaded and keep using is Unsatisfactory. It shows a bunch of other cars in a parking lot and is quite honestly not very flattering of the Mustang. Also, the picture you keep replacing has the stripe kit that the article makes mention of which your picture does not. We are attempting to create the highest quality articles possible on Wiki. Thank you for your cooperation. FrankWilliams 14:21, 16 April 2007 (UTC)
Image:Lasers.jpg
[edit]Thanks for uploading Image:Lasers.jpg. I notice the 'image' page specifies that the image is being used under fair use, but its use in Wikipedia articles fails our first fair use criterion in that it illustrates a subject for which a freely licensed image could reasonably be found or created that provides substantially the same information. If you believe this image is not replaceable, please:
- Go to the image description page and edit it to add
{{Replaceable fair use disputed}}
, without deleting the original Replaceable fair use template. - On the image discussion page, write the reason why this image is not replaceable at all.
Alternatively, you can also choose to replace the fair use image by finding a freely licensed image of its subject, requesting that the copyright holder release this (or a similar) image under a free license, or by taking a picture of it yourself.
If you have uploaded other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified how these images fully satisfy our fair use criteria. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on this link. Note that any fair use images which are replaceable by free-licensed alternatives will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Roguegeek (talk) 20:01, 16 April 2007 (UTC)

[edit]You currently appear to be engaged in an edit war according to the reverts you have made on Ford Taurus. Note that the three-revert rule prohibits making more than three reversions in a content dispute within a 24 hour period. Additionally, users who perform a large number of reversions in content disputes may be blocked for edit warring, even if they do not technically violate the three-revert rule. If you continue, you may be blocked from editing. Please do not repeatedly revert edits, but use the talk page to work towards wording and content which gains a consensus among editors. Adoption
[edit]Thanks for adding yourself to the list of adopters. There's been a discussion recently on the project talk page which you may or may not have seen and, to cut a long story short, Matthew Yeager ended up with rather a lot of adoptees recently and may have a couple that he'd be happy to offload to you, if you're currently free. Adoptees.
[edit]Hello, glad to hear you would like to help out! I do have some users who you could guild. One of them, Nswinton, is a more experienced user who is looking more for a mentor. He would like to have you go through his edits and let him know what you think of his contributions. He wishes to get about 2000 different article contributions and become an administrator one day. let me know if you need any guidance. I figure he can come to you with questions, yet i can stop by and he can have two sets of eyes to look over his larger pieces of work. As well, if you can handle two a second adoptee is Evilclown93. Let me know if you are cool with this. thanks for the help, Matthew Yeager 13:50, 2 May 2007 (UTC)

- Also, your images Image:Governator.jpg, Image:Stilesyugoad.PNG, and Image:ChoDET.jpg are tagged as fair use but are not used in any articles. They will be deleted in 7 days. --Tom (talk - email) 00:39, 5 May 2007 (UTC)
Image identification
[edit]I've noticed that all the images you upload to Commons have an exact year for the car. How do you get this? Do you actually look at the car's serial number or do you just guess? --Sable232 01:39, 6 May 2007 (UTC)
- Sorry to butt in, but inventing specificity is certainly much worse than providing a more general but accurate statement. Particularly if you have missed a detail change. IFCAR 15:05, 6 May 2007 (UTC)
- I agree. There are instances where it is possible to tell the exact year of a vehicle, but most of the time it isn't. And guessing makes it even worse. For example, you marked Image:Wiki cars1 007.jpg as an '87. '87s didn't have the vertical-slat grille pattern. It's an '89, indentifiable by the newer-style "Lincoln" emblem on the grille. I fixed that one, and for most others that I can identify I add a more specific description.
- Secondly, you may want to consider naming your images with the name of the car, not just a number. --Sable232

Thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. When using certain templates on talk pages, don't forget to substitute with text by adding subst: to the template tag. For example, use Welcome, and thank you for experimenting with Wikipedia. Your test worked, and it has been reverted or removed. Please take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to our encyclopedia. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. Thank you. instead of Welcome, and thank you for experimenting with Wikipedia. Your test worked, and it has been reverted or removed. Please take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to our encyclopedia. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. Thank you.. [edit]K, sweetie, let me tell you those warning templates made my day. Especially the second one, the one for schools - when I saw the "Yeah, it isn't so funny anymore, is it?" part, you had me rolling on the floor laughing, and I still laugh as I write you this! :) Excellent work, dear! I hope to see them posted on many, many vandals' talk pages. I'm sure many of them will think it twice before going on! And as always, if you need someone to enforce them, you know just where to find me ;) Love, Phaedriel - 04:10, 17 May 2007 (UTC)
Ford Taurus
[edit]Karrmann - I of course do know ;)
I added the tag after checking some edit to the article (I have it on my watchlist for some reason), and the more I looked into the issue and the article, the more I found it needing a serious rehaul. There are so many issues in this paragraph and section alone it would take a longer paragraph to describe it. Actually, based on that section alone (but I am afraid the other aren't much different), I am quite seriously considering removing it from the GA list.
I will give you a more detailed review as soon as I can on the talk page. But, for now, please do not remove tags at will but rather discuss on the talk page. I will gladly reply whenever time allows. Regards, PrinceGloria 19:38, 17 May 2007 (UTC)
PS. Funny enough, today we seem to have logged in at almost the same time...
- I have no idea what a burdon is, but the purpose of the GA list and GA status is to indicate the articles which fulfill certain standards - the Ford Taurus at present does not, and bringing it up to them is not something one could do overnight, so keeping it on the list is against its purpose and meaning. As I said, I will give you a full review, but I need to have more time for it. I am afraid, though, that bringing this article up to standards will require weeks of work of an editorial team bigger than just one, however dedicated, user. Regards, PrinceGloria 20:48, 17 May 2007 (UTC)
Fair use rationale for Image:Eaglecar.gif
[edit]Thanks for uploading Image:Eaglecar.gif. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in Wikipedia articles constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.
Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale.
If you have uploaded other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on those pages too. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.Betacommand (talk • contribs • Bot) 19:49, 17 May 2007 (UTC)
Unspecified source for Image:Eaglecar.gif
[edit]Thanks for uploading Image:Eaglecar.gif. I noticed that the file's description page currently doesn't specify who created the content, so the copyright status is unclear. If you did not create this file yourself, then you will need to specify the owner of the copyright. If you obtained it from a website, then a link to the website from which it was taken, together with a restatement of that website's terms of use of its content, is usually sufficient information. However, if the copyright holder is different from the website's publisher, then their copyright should also be acknowledged.
As well as adding the source, please add a proper copyright licensing tag if the file doesn't have one already. If you created/took the picture, audio, or video then the {{GFDL-self-no-disclaimers}} tag can be used to release it under the GFDL. If you believe the media meets the criteria at Wikipedia:Fair use, use a tag such as {{non-free fair use in|article name}} or one of the other tags listed at Wikipedia:Image copyright tags#Fair use. See Wikipedia:Image copyright tags for the full list of copyright tags that you can use.
If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have specified their source and tagged them, too. You can find a list of files you have uploaded by following this link. Unsourced and untagged images may be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If the image is copyrighted under a non-free license (per Wikipedia:Fair use) then the image will be deleted 48 hours after 19:49, 17 May 2007 (UTC). If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.Betacommand (talk • contribs • Bot) 19:49, 17 May 2007 (UTC)

your vandalism warnings
[edit]Hello, I noticed your vandalism warnings on User talk:Phaedriel, and I thought I might suggest some changes. I hope you don't mind my boldness.
1. Have you considered using pictures of different cars for variety? 2. You might want to provide links to Wikipedia:Blocking policy and other relevant pages so that people understand what you are talking about.
I hope you find these suggestions helpful. --Kyoko 00:25, 19 May 2007 (UTC)
- I personally think that people should be aware of the possible consequences of their actions, and that warnings should be linked to the blocking policy, but they're your warnings and not mine, so it's really up to you. I do think you should at least be careful in how you word your messages so that it is easy to understand how they get progressively more urgent... the same way that the standard warning templates progress from uw-vandalism 1 through 4. If you want to get very fancy, you can also design warnings just for spam or for other reasons. The full list of standard warning templates is at WP:TUSER. --Kyoko 04:57, 19 May 2007 (UTC)
- I think there's a reason why there are so many Toyota Corollas out there, but anyway, one reason to make it clear what level of warning you are giving is so that if other people see the vandal, they know what warning to give or if a block is necessary. Your current warning templates may have filenames ending in warning3, etc., but the "3" is not obvious to somebody who reads the vandal's talk page. --Kyoko 05:07, 19 May 2007 (UTC)
Your recent edits
[edit]Hi there Karrmann! When using automated programs to revert vandalism, it's easy to make mistakes. To wit, this edit was probably made inadvertently, as it's a legitimate talk page post. No worries, but try to be a bit more careful in the future when making these rapid reverts. Cheers gaillimhConas tá tú? 00:48, 19 May 2007 (UTC)
- Thanks for the reply! I assumed it was an automated revert as you used the edit summary Reverted 1 edit by 71.53.65.109 to last revision by Karrmann. using TW). Apologies for the mistake! If the revert was 'on purpose', it's bad form to revert others' talk page comments, especially if they are not blatant vandalism, which the edit in question clearly isn't. Again, no worries at all; it's just that we need to be careful of reverting newcomers (especially talk page posts where the newcomer is asking a question about where he/she may have erred previously when editing Wikipedia) without explanation, as that sort of thing can often scare them off. Cheers and keep up the good work with your vandalism reverts gaillimhConas tá tú? 00:56, 19 May 2007 (UTC)
- Haha, it's great that you're helping to keep people's user talk pages free of vandalism! No one likes coming on to Wikipedia to see their talk page all askew. However, it's always best to assume good faith and err on the side of caution with regards to these sorts of things, don't you think? You also may want to remove the warning you left the fellow on his talk page. Cheers mate gaillimhConas tá tú? 01:26, 19 May 2007 (UTC)
Dont Attack Phaedriel
[edit]Hey dude I didnt attack Phaedriel, or vandalize their page, or create an account to threaten or impersonate anybody. so chill out. I was just speaking my mind and asking a question. And now Im curious to know why you are getting involved. This is between me and Phaedriel so if you could stay out of this until it is resolved that would be very appreciated.
Your templates are fine
[edit]I think your templates are pretty good the way the are, and the pic suits them perfectly; most of us tend to choose one that represents us, and that's just the perfect one for you :) I do have one advice for you when posting them, tho, dear: you're transcluding them, and that puts a little too much stress on the servers. It's better to substitute them, so they get copied instead. For example, instead of tying {{template]], you put {{subst:template}}. All the contents of the template get automatically copied, and voila! problem solved :) Have a beautiful weekend! Phaedriel - 04:35, 19 May 2007 (UTC)
- Oh, and Kyoko's suggestion above is a good one - I recomend that you follow her advice, and if you want me to help you there, just let me know :) Hugs, Phaedriel - 04:38, 19 May 2007 (UTC)
- Just some personal stuff, sweetie... don't worry about me, I'll survive :) Hugs Phaedriel - 21:04, 19 May 2007 (UTC)
I hope you'll find the time to work on the article. Given the nature of your efforts I would be happy if you took a more pro-active approach and leadership roll. :) Given the past occurrences on the page, as you stated on my user talk page, that means would mean politely directing everyone. (ie,: saying, CyclePat, could you "PLEASE" (don't forget that word) find some sources specifically on subject A or B. Or Prohibitonions... please... Subject C, D.) I think this would make the situation a little more amicable then what is presently there. Good luck if you chose to take this. Otherwise, adieu --CyclePat2 22:14, 19 May 2007 (UTC)

Orphaned non-free image (Image:New blk logo.gif)
[edit]Thanks for uploading Image:New blk logo.gif. The image description page currently specifies that the image is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, the image is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).

Apparent crusader/vandal
[edit]Looks like we've got a bit of a crusader on our hands. Ab7fh seems to be trying hard to promote his website, a discussion forum related to certain Ford-built SUVs, by inserting it in as many articles as possible despite repeated deletions due to enthusiast forums falling outside the guidelines for appropriate external-link inclusion. Yesterday he began taking his crusade to inappropriate areas by asking the fatuous and disingenuous question of why external links are permitted in Dodge Dart but not in Ford Explorer, Ford Ranger, etc. I attempted to explain the differences between adding bona fide external links and promoting one's own site, between external links that comply with Wikipedia guidelines and those that don't. He does not appear willing to understand those differences, and today deleted all the external links from Dodge Dart. I have restored the links, none of which is an enthusiast forum, and admonished Ab7fh not to repeat the vandalism. It looks like others have also tried to educate this individual without success, including you, so I suspect he will attempt an edit war. Let's try and contain this problem before it grows larger, shall we? --Scheinwerfermann 04:36, 7 June 2007 (UTC)
- Yep, he's still trying to promote the same site "Serious Explorations" website you remember him pushing before. So far I've "only"(!) seen him trying to keep adding it to the External Links sections of articles, but this new tactic (deleting valid external links from non-Ford articles because he's not allowed to push his website as an external link in Ford-related articles) is way out of line, as it seems to me. --Scheinwerfermann 14:30, 7 June 2007 (UTC)

[edit]Hi, I was wondering if you could put the German (BMW, Mercedes, Audi), Swedish (Volvo, Saab), American (Cadillac, Lincoln) and Japanese (Lexus, Acura, Infiniti) as a car of the day. The first luxury car of the day -- the Infiniti M! -- Bull-Doser 18:07, 7 June 2007 (UTC)
I'm here!
[edit]God, K, sweetie, when I saw that title at my watchlist, I freaked out.... whoooo... let me calm down :) Ok, let's start by this: can you please link me to the CheckUser page for these editors? Phaedriel - 01:39, 11 June 2007 (UTC)
- OK, nevermind, I found it myself. I'm no specialist in CU process, but I believe you should contact a Clerk with admin powers requesting for measures against both accounts; I think the usual is indef blocking the sock(s) and two weeks for the main account. I'd do it myself, but since this is a process with several formal steps, maybe it's best to leave it to those who are familiar with it. I suggest messaging Lucasbfr or Cbrown1023 (both CU clerks), two excellent admins who will be happy to help. Please, let me know if you need me to talk to any of them, or help in any other way, k? Love! :) Phaedriel - 01:50, 11 June 2007 (UTC)
- Patient you must be, young Pawadan. If resorting to sockpuppets again he does, indef block next time he'll be ;) Love! Phaedriel - 02:07, 11 June 2007 (UTC)
- K, sweetie, I think you'd like to take a look at Spoolintsi's CU request - he created another sock and posted under his IP, and vandalized your userpage. My own opinion is that this is so disruptive, that indef blocking of all his accounts is in order, but let's leave it in Clerk's hands for now. Love :) Phaedriel - 08:28, 11 June 2007 (UTC)
- I'm afraid Sir Nicholas wasn't aware of the further disruption and trolling, since I made the expansion to the case after he blocked, that's why his block may be a little too lenient. I'll see if I can talk to him and extend the block. Sit tight ;) Love, Phaedriel - 10:43, 11 June 2007 (UTC)
- Case closed ;) Have a beautiful day! Love, Phaedriel - 11:28, 11 June 2007 (UTC)
- Any time, sweetie, and just let me know if that happens :) Take care! Phaedriel - 15:52, 11 June 2007 (UTC)

Re: Eagle Talon
[edit]Hi – thanks for letting me know, 'cause that mess was a bit confusing. I couldn't even get my own 'shut up and stop using the template' message in because I was edit conflicted twice by the guy. I thought it was odd that the one guy who hadn't edited the article was whining the loudest. I see my fellow Oklahoman Phaedriel took care of it, so all's well unless the guy finds another IP address somehow, and we'll get him again if he does! See ya – KrakatoaKatie 20:10, 11 June 2007 (UTC)

I am not a vandal but would like help editing
[edit]Dear Karrmann,
I was recently told I vandalized a wiki entry. You also sent me a message about vandalism etc. The article I was CHANGING was Kashima Shinden Jikishinkage-ryu martial arts page. Currently the page contains information that is only applicable to a very small group of trainees in Hungry. This group does not represent the style in Japan or anywhere else in the world and I can provide several Japanese sources both in print and online that can support my claims. I was reorganizing the entry to breakout the Hungarian group's specific practices not found in any other branch of the school into it's own subsection, not deleting it or in any other way vandalizing the entry. For example there is mention of strange traditions of wearing colored belts for rank (something old styles never have done nor do they do today) that are not part of the school in Japan. In addition the site has been modified by the Hungarian members to include various words that are unfamiliar in native English speaking martial arts circles. Examples of this are using the word "stage" for the Japanese word "kata" (martial arts "form"). In English "form" would be a better word, or since this article is directed at an audience that is likely familiar with martial arts the original Japanese word "kata" I think would be better. They also list a number of kata or forms that are original creations of the Hungarian group's lead teacher a Mr. Suzuki, that are not practiced elsewhere. I fear this could be misleading since it is so group specific. A quick Japanese language online source is: http://www.kashimashindenjikishinkageryu.com/
Even if you cannot read Japanese there is a photo of each of the original 25 or so kata or forms of the school here: http://www.kashimashindenjikishinkageryu.com/kata.html This is far fewer then the nearly 100+ new forms created by the Hungarian group.
Should we really be cruel I wonder if the Hungarian group should even be allowed to post a wiki about the school since in their own lineage there is a gap of nearly 20 years between the current leader of their group (Mr. Suzuki in Hungry) and the man he inherited the branch of the school, from (Mr. Makita).
"15th headmaster: Konen Matsudaira (1835-1880) 16th headmaster: Shigekatsu Makita (1849-1914) 17th headmaster: Kimiyoshi Suzuki (1934-)" (http://wiki.riteme.site/wiki/Kashima_Shinden_Jikishinkage-ry%C5%AB#Shinbukan)
I thought I was being respectful by giving this clearly rouge group their own section of the wiki, and also curtious to readers who may not be interested in their various modern changes to the school.
Should you need print sources I can also direct you to various works by Misters Yamada, Iwasa, Aikichi, Onishi, etc. Please ask and I will provide titles, page numbers, and should the book be of 20th century printing, ISBN numbers.
I confess I am new to wiki and don't understand exactly how everything works. Should there be a better way to edit the information without being flagged a vandal please let me know.
Please feel free to email me at ChrisRCovington@aol.com
Best regards,
Chris Covington

Don't worry :)
[edit]Dear K, relax, sweetie, I don't have the slightest intention of leaving - just taking it easy for a couple of days, that's all, for the reasons I explained at my email. Your concern is most kind, and sweet on your part; but don't worry, I needed a small semi-break anyway :) And I know you're right: true friends shine in the darkness, and I've felt the warmth and comfort of many shiny lights throughout this, you among them :) Love you, Phaedriel - 11:23, 14 June 2007 (UTC)

Orphaned non-free image (Image:Topgear.jpg)
[edit]Thanks for uploading Image:Topgear.jpg.
If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that any non-free images not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. BetacommandBot 07:39, 21 June 2007 (UTC)
Lamborghini Diablo

- (1)I am leaving (because of stupid summer camp), (2) Who is SweetCarmen? (3)What's wikistalking and a wikigun? I have to leave. I don't have a clue what you're talk about. --Susanna Banana @ 18:51, 24 June 2007 (UTC)

Did even bother to read the "Welcome to Wikipedia" thing? I'm not 30, I'm ten years younger than that. Who is SweetCarmen? --Susanna Banana @ 19:01, 24 June 2007 (UTC)
- Is her e-mail address susanna.ross@yahoo.com, too? And WikiCode? I copied monobooks off of other peoples, I copied colours from people's signature, and I copied the layout my userpage. I also looked at users as examples. I really don't know "WikiCode". And by the way... can I even supervise a summer camp? --Susanna Banana @ 19:07, 24 June 2007 (UTC)
Question
[edit]Without affecting the sockpuppet tag, may I place a link as to where my old userpage was? If not, I'll revert it. Hanoi Girl → Please sign! 19:21, 24 June 2007 (UTC)
- This user was proven to be a sockpuppet of I_AM_SUPER._I_AM_CRAZY._I_AM_SUPER_CRAZY! See WP:CHECK#EndoExo. Miranda 23:33, 24 June 2007 (UTC)
Hmm. I knew it was odd that she and SuzannaBanana were getting along so well. This whole thing is confusing. Karrmann 23:38, 24 June 2007 (UTC)
- Um, why did you not block her, if Checkuser found her to be a sockpuppet. Karrmann 23:58, 24 June 2007 (UTC)
- Karrmann said I was innocent [1]. Why am I guilty of sock puppetry again? Hanoi Girl → Please sign! 23:40, 24 June 2007 (UTC)
- First, the CU proves that HG is a sock of an indef blocked user. When a person is indef. blocked, they cannot edit from Wikipedia, unless they prove to change in some form of fashion (i.e. policy). Karrman didn't know of the CU case against you, HG. So, I guess he didn't have the right info, because I decided to file a documented CU case so that the CUs can confirm the correct information, and not be in a communications conflict. And, I am not an administrator, so I can't block socks on sight. Miranda 01:34, 25 June 2007 (UTC)
- Karrmann said I was innocent [1]. Why am I guilty of sock puppetry again? Hanoi Girl → Please sign! 23:40, 24 June 2007 (UTC)
- Oookay - Checkuser has proven that HG is not an EndoExo sock. That much is true. However, it's highly likely that HG is related to the CRAZY editor, and that they used the same IP address. Right now, I could block HG for checkuser-proven sockery, however, I'd like to hear an explanation from her first as to what's going on here - Alison ☺ 01:43, 25 June 2007 (UTC)
- Well, as it happens, another admin has blocked HG indefinitely from editing. There's still the {{unblock}} route, should they wish to explain themselves - Alison ☺ 01:45, 25 June 2007 (UTC)

Hello Stranger
[edit]I thought you didn't like me anymore.....(sigh). I last heard from you a few weeks ago when I was thinking about creating my first article. Evidently I made a complete mess of it. but someone came along and re-did the whole thing.
I even dropped you a line for your birthday, figuring I would hear from you then. Alas, my hopes were once again dashed.
In the meantime I have been fighting the good fight against vandalism, hoping to someday earn some of those precious barnstars.
Good luck in your quest for Adminship.--Witchzilla 20:03, 28 June 2007 (UTC)
Your RfA
[edit]I'm sorry to say, but I've closed your RfA as a failed request, with a final tally of 17 supporters, 21 opposers, and 9 neutral editors.
However, a cursory glance of the RfA suggests that there are only one or two areas of concern; I'm fairly confident that if you focus your attention on those areas, you'd stand an excellent shot at passing an RfA in the future. Good luck! EVula // talk // ☯ // 16:44, 5 July 2007 (UTC)

Ford Taurus
[edit]Why doesn't someone get a nice picture of the great looking gen 5 Ford Taurus to put in the infobox? Non-free use disputed for Image:Vectorlogo.JPG
[edit]This file may be deleted. |
Thanks for uploading Image:Vectorlogo.JPG. However, there is a concern that the rationale you have provided for using this image under "fair use" may be invalid. Please read the instructions at Wikipedia:Non-free content carefully, then go to the image description page and clarify why you think the image qualifies for fair use. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to ensure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.
If it is determined that the image does not qualify under fair use, it will be deleted after seven days according to our Criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.BetacommandBot 04:50, 20 July 2007 (UTC)

Fair use rationale for Image:Lasttaurus.JPG
[edit]Thanks for uploading or contributing to Image:Lasttaurus.JPG. Suggestions on how to do so can be found here.
Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to ensure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.
Note that any non-free media lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. SchuminWeb (Talk) 21:53, 20 July 2007 (UTC)

[edit]I have tagged Image:GeorgeCostanza.jpg as {{no rationale}}, because it does not provide a fair use rationale.
