First off, I want to say that I really like the “graph/picture” that you included on your wiki page. It really made it easy for me to understand the pattern of inheritance of Meleda.

Abstract: • I would recommend taking the first couple of sentences on your wiki page and integrating them to the abstract section. Those sentences fit some of the criteria that has to be included in the abstract of your wiki such as common names and definitions of the disease. • In general, add more to your abstract so that it becomes a brief overview of all of your wiki sections. Signs & Symptoms: • Is their any variation in sign and symptoms? If so add, if not state that in your section. • Add about how severity of symptoms differs in individuals. Cause: • Can you add any more information here? Examples or cases of individuals with the disease?

Mechanism/Pathophysiology: • Can you add more on how it is inherited? So that someone that does not know what a genetic inherited diseases can understand what it is. Treatment: • Risks associated with the treatments that you included? Diagnosis: • Are their any other ways then physical examination to confirm this disease? Blood test? Prognosis: • What is the life expectancy of people with this disease. • Can you add statistical information? Epidemiology: • Cite your stats • Add if there is a specific age of onset • Gender/ ethnicity stats? Research: • Look for research that has been done on the disease and provide a brief summary of the research findings. • Add specific studies on current research on treatment plans into your wiki.

Overall, I think your wiki is at a great start; clear and concise! Don’t forget to hyperlink.

Overall I think it looks great and the graph definitely helps with the overall concept of what your topic is. I think a little more information is needed in epidemiology, diagnosis, and prognosis if there is more information that you can find. I like how you hyperlinked/referenced in the first paragraph so don't forget to do that as you continue to add more information. • Remove abstract header. The first part (above the line) is the abstract. Combine your work with that.
  • We have more mechanism information than this. It's limited, but make sure to include what we do have about this gene and how it leads to this.
  • Treatment is vague. We have more information.
  • There is recent research about this disease. Describe and cite it!
  • Needs a lot more links to other wikipedia articles.
